KCED Foundation Inc. is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation. It is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, classified under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). EIN 42-3500250. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Membership contributions support independent public-interest media; we will confirm the tax-deductibility of gifts once federal recognition is granted.
